What's inside the bundle, and why!
Here's a little snippet on which Gear is included and why:
A top hat potty - for our new babies 0-6 months I've included a top hat potty. This is a traditional newborn potty and is great for nighttime, outings, breastfeeding, and pottying a smaller baby, in general. Your child can also sit on it up to 2 years of age. (this is NOT included in the 7-18 mo bundle) ...OR ...
A mini potty is included in the 7-18 month bundle because your baby is probably now sitting independently! With this stage, having a mini potty in the play space is AOK, and when your baby moves toward it, take it as a signal! (this is NOT included in the 0-6 mo bundle)
A Nappy belt - is included to allow for 'less-mess' nappy free time with a fantastic cloth-nappy solution for easy access an elasticised band wrapped in a moisture-resistant cloth outer covering (such as wool or fleece) which holds a prefold in place, Sumo Wrestler style. The belt stays on the baby’s waist between changes. AKA “Prefold Belt”
A waterproof pad - you'll need a good waterproof pad for (a) naked observation time, (b) changing your baby during outings (esp where there's no changing table!), (c) changing your baby in the car, (d) extra protection in your carseat. These are soft 100% cotton on top, PUL layer on the bottom.
A wet/dry bag - for outings, you can keep dry cloth diapers, Trainers, and clothing in one pocket and wet ones in the other. Or you can use these at home hung from the bathroom door to collect your wets in for the laundry. Last, you can use these bags for swimsuits when you visit the pool or beach! *We select the color/style of the bag for you based on current stock.
